Frequently Asked Questions
MaskNumber is a decentralized temporary phone number service built on the Solana blockchain. It allows you to get virtual phone numbers for verification purposes without exposing your real phone number, enhancing your privacy and security online.
MaskNumber uses the Solana blockchain to securely facilitate the purchase of temporary phone numbers. Here's how it works:
- Deposit SOL (0.055 SOL per token)
- Choose a service (like Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) and country
- Purchase a number using your tokens
- Receive SMS verifications through our platform
All transactions are secured by the Solana blockchain, ensuring privacy and transparency.
The pricing is simple and transparent:
- 1 token = 0.055 SOL
- 1 phone number = 1 token
There are no hidden fees or additional charges. If a number doesn't receive a verification code within 20 minutes, you'll automatically receive a token refund.
Numbers are active for a maximum of 20 minutes or until you successfully receive the verification code. After that, the number is marked as expired. Each number is intended for one-time use only - you'll need to purchase a new number for each verification.
If you don't receive a verification code within 20 minutes after purchase, your token will be automatically refunded. Our system monitors all purchases and handles refunds automatically.
MaskNumber supports a wide range of countries and services. Popular services include:
- telegram
- x_twitter
- discord
- and_many_others
Available countries vary by service, but typically include major countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and more.
Yes, MaskNumber is designed with privacy as a priority. We don't collect or store personal information beyond what's necessary to provide our service. All transactions are processed through the Solana blockchain, which provides an additional layer of security and anonymity.
MaskNumber is primarily designed for social media, messaging, and general online account verifications. We do not recommend using our service for banking, financial institutions, or government services, as these often require a permanent phone number tied to your identity.
